Roboquest is a fast-paced FPS Roguelite. With Humankind on the brink of extinction, a young girl named Max stumbles across an old guardian robot lying in the sand. She reactivates him hoping to give Humans a fighting chance at defeating the Badbots. This game screams Borderlands with its visuals but its fast-paced movement is something else. Sliding, ducking, and jumping your way through the maps is a must if you stand still for too long it is over! Each Badbot poses its own threat from gunfire to grenades, make sure you have picked the right weapon for the job.
With 5 sets of classes to choose from you have plenty of variety. The classes available are Commando, Engineer, Guardian, Ranger and Recon
Although visually it looks like Borderlands there is also some Apex Legends in there especially with the movement.
Now to the downside of Roboquest, the retro arcade soundtrack, while at first, it is just part of the game, it does become very repetitive.
